Book definition:  Mortensen (Maximum Influence) “The Law of Verbal Packaging states that the more skillful you are at the use of language and vocal techniques, the more persuasive you will be.”

My definition: How you say something is more important that what you are actually saying. (Send a verbal package, not junk mail)
